There are two ways to get in touch with us:

To assist you effectively, please provide the following information:
If your support request is specific to a particular base or data, the base or data ID.
If you encounter an error, please share the complete error message.
Screenshots or short videos demonstrating the issue can be very beneficial.
Please explain the steps you are following, the outcomes you get when you take those steps, and what you expect.
We aim to respond to every message within 1 business day. At busy times this might not be possible, but we’ll always get back to you as soon as we are able.
